Marketing Manager

Civil Aviation Marketing Manager – Asia | Israel | IAI – Aviation Group

We are looking for a Civil Aviation Marketing Manager to join the Marketing organization at IAI’s Aviation Group, focusing on the Asian market.

The position includes:

• Leading marketing and sales activities for customers across Asia, including airlines, leasing companies, OEMs, and other aviation organizations
• Identifying new customers and business partners while expanding the regional marketing network
• Managing and strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers across Asia
• Creating new business opportunities, building and managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating activities with the relevant business units
• Taking an active role in the sales process, developing winning strategies, and building strong regional ecosystem expertise
• Leading negotiations with customers and business partners
• Representing IAI at international exhibitions, conferences, and professional events across Asia

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Law, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience leading international sales processes with private companies, public organizations, and/or government entities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience negotiating with international customers
• Experience in the civil aviation industry – a significant advantage
• Experience selling civil aviation products in Asia – a significant advantage
• Strong technical understanding of civil aviation products – a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
