Identity And Access Management Specialist

Phoenix Investment House is hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the implementation of an Identity Management System (IMS) project.

Manage and oversee the identity and access lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) as part of organization-wide processes.

Define, implement, and optimize access models, roles, and organizational permission profiles.

Define and maintain access control policies aligned with business needs to prevent data leakage.

Manage the Varonis platform, including configuration optimization, user activity monitoring, and security controls.

Perform ongoing access reviews, compliance checks, and identify excessive or inappropriate permissions.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Help Desk, or Information Security – required.

Experience conducting access reviews and security controls within an enterprise environment.

Hands-on experience with Aveksa (or similar IAM platforms) – advantage.

Experience working with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions – advantage.

Familiarity with Varonis – advantage.
