Sales Operations Coordinator (10195)

Bynet Data Communications is seeking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team in a key operational role, managing end-to-end customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders from receipt to fulfillment
• Enter orders into the system, process credits, track progress, verify accuracy, and complete data
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Warehouse
• Work with ERP systems and coordinate processes across different business units

Requirement

• Previous experience in a similar role or operational position within a large organization - must
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders - must
• Familiarity with ERP systems - advantage
• High service orientation, independent, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
