Position Overview-

• AI Backend Engineer / Python Specialist joining a core, fast-paced engineering squad to design and implement highly advanced system components directly linked to the company’s core product lines.
• Architecting and deploying sophisticated Agentic AI systems and workflow pipelines capable of ingesting, analyzing, and processing complex structured and unstructured financial and legal datasets.
• Building and integrating advanced multi-agent orchestrations to automate document parsing, execute deterministic entity recognition, and extract critical regulatory intelligence.
• Taking complete end-to-end (E2E) ownership of the deployment, optimization, and real-time monitoring of machine learning and large language models (LLMs) across a scalable cloud production ecosystem.
• Core Stack & Frameworks- Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), LangGraph, PydanticAI, Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents, LLMs, RAG, Structured Data Extraction, and Advanced Production Workflows.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional software engineering experience focusing on complex, production-grade systems – Mandatory
• 3 years of deep, hands-on programming mastery utilizing Python within scalable backend environments – Mandatory
• Demonstrated production experience building and deploying AI Agents, RAG pipelines, or complex LLM orchestrations utilizing modern agentic frameworks – Mandatory
• Strong technical command of cloud-native infrastructure patterns, specifically deploying and monitoring microservices within a GCP or similar cloud environment – Mandatory
• Prior pedigree working within innovative, fast-moving tech startups or agile B2B SaaS product companies – Mandatory
• Solid understanding of data parsing engineering, entity extraction, or handling unstructured multi-source data streams – Significant Advantage
