MES Developer

We're looking for an experienced MES Developer to support, develop, and maintain our production-floor Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives on solving technical problems while keeping sight of the bigger business picture - combining strong development skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to lead customer implementations and training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support, development, and maintenance for the company's MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Own the system end-to-end, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Analyze and understand business and operational processes, while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Work effectively in a multitasking, fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Lead implementation and training sessions for customers on the product.
• Bring responsibility, self-learning ability, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills to the role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MES Developer.
• At least 3 years of development experience with ASP.NET and C#.
• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with BI systems, especially Power BI – advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems – advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Practical Engineer certification – advantage.
• High-level English proficiency – significant advantage.
• Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid business and systems understanding.
