DiploAct is an Israeli anti-extremism media project producing digital content for international audiences. The team creates high-volume short-form video and visual content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, reaching millions of viewers each month.

We turn complex issues, propaganda, foreign influence, and current events into clear, creative content that young people actually watch.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and design visual content for fast-moving digital platforms.

This is not a corporate design role. You will be creating social-first visuals that need to stop the scroll, explain ideas quickly, and fit the pace of daily content production.

The role combines design, visual storytelling, and editorial instinct. You should be able to take complex topics and turn them into sharp, clear, visually strong content.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, covers, title cards, and visual assets
• Work with the content and video teams to develop strong visual concepts
• Turn complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics
• Create assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other platforms
• Maintain and improve DiploAct’s visual language across content formats
• Design quickly while keeping a high visual standard
• Contribute creative ideas based on current events, trends, and narratives
• Support video editors with graphic elements, captions, templates, and motion-ready assets

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for social media
• Ability to work fast without producing generic content
• Good understanding of digital platforms and what performs on them
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
• Portfolio required

Nice to have

• Experience with political, news, advocacy, or media content
• Experience designing carousels, thumbnails, and short-form video graphics
• Motion design skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong English
• Hebrew
• Interest in current events, media, politics, and digital culture
