Job Description:
• Managing digital campaigns end-to-end – from planning, setup, and launch through optimization, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Managing and operating social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and additional digital platforms.
• Planning, creating, and managing digital content tailored to target audiences and organizational objectives.
• Managing paid campaigns and leading digital advertising activities in collaboration with the Government Advertising Agency (LAPAM).
• Performing performance analysis, producing reports and insights using Google Analytics and additional analytics tools, while leading optimization and continuous improvement processes.
• Participating in the development of Growth Strategy initiatives and promoting Demand Generation processes to increase exposure and performance.
• Participating in User Experience (UX) planning, user journey design, and improving the user experience across digital channels.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Government Advertising Agency (LAPAM), vendors, and professional partners, while leading end-to-end processes.
Job Requirements:
Education: One of the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Certified Practical Engineer qualification, in addition to UX/UI analysis and/or design courses totaling at least 100 hours.
• Bachelor's degree or Practical Engineer qualification, in addition to UX/UI analysis and/or design courses totaling at least 150 hours.
• Candidates without an academic degree who have completed UX/UI analysis and/or design courses totaling at least 200 hours.
Professional Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in Digital Management, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns.
• Full proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Experience managing campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
• Experience managing social media activities across social networks.
• Experience managing digital content.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and generating insights using Google Analytics and additional analytics tools.
• Experience working with the Government Advertising Agency (LAPAM) or advertising agencies – Advantage.
• Experience leading cross-organizational projects and processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation, Growth Strategy, and Demand Generation processes.
• Experience implementing cross-functional work processes, designing user journeys, and improving User Experience (UX).
• Proficiency in Taboola and Outbrain – Advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe software.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – Advantage.
• High level of English.
