System Administrator

A leading organization is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join its Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced infrastructure solutions.
• Manage and maintain approximately 300 servers across multiple environments.
• Administer and maintain VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Manage and support a multi-VLAN network environment.
• Maintain enterprise security solutions, including Check Point, FortiGate, and Firewalls.
• Manage and maintain HPE storage systems.
• Support enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (hot and cold backups).
• Lead infrastructure-related tasks and cross-functional projects.
• Implement, document, and maintain new and existing infrastructure solutions.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Work closely with internal teams, infrastructure vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in a large enterprise environment (300+ users) - Mandatory.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory (Windows Server 2019) in a multi-site environment.
• Strong networking and security knowledge, including VLANs, Routing, Aruba Networks, FortiGate, and Check Point.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba switches.
• Experience working with FortiGate and Check Point security appliances.
• Experience managing HPE storage solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English.

Preferred Certifications:

• MCSE (Windows Server 2012/2016)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
• CCNA
