StreaMix is a global CTV publisher with a proprietary next-gen advertising technology, operating at the intersection of streaming media and AdTech. We own and operate premium Connected TV inventory while developing proprietary advertising technology that enables scalable, innovative, and high-performing advertising solutions for brands, agencies, and demand partners worldwide. 

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an exceptional CEO with deep AdTech expertise to lead the company and accelerate its expansion.

The Opportunity:

This is not a traditional CEO position.

We are looking for a proven industry leader who has successfully built, scaled, and operated businesses within the AdTech ecosystem.

The CEO will have full ownership of the company's day-to-day leadership, P&L, commercial strategy, operational execution, organizational growth, goal setting, performance management, and overall business results. 

The Founder will remain available as a strategic partner and advisor, offering guidance and support when valuable, while the CEO has full ownership of the company's day-to-day leadership, execution, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the company's overall business performance, including full P&L responsibility.
• Define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth plan.
• Drive global revenue growth and commercial expansion.
• Lead Business Development and strategic partnerships.
• Build, lead, and continuously develop a high-performing cross-functional organization by establishing clear goals, scalable processes, measurable KPIs, and a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Provide executive leadership across all company functions, including Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Business Development, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution toward the company's strategic goals.
• Represent StreaMix with customers, partners, investors, and the broader AdTech and Media industry. 

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
• 8+ years of experience in the AdTech / Media industry. 
• Direct experience in Connected TV (CTV), OTT, FAST, or streaming media.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling an AdTech company or business unit.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Extensive experience working with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, agencies, and measurement partners. 
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across sales, operations, product, and customer success.
• Experience owning company or business unit P&L including, performance, operational and execution. 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Strong advantage for candidates with practical experience implementing or working with AI-driven advertising technologies within the programmatic, CTV, and digital advertising ecosystem.
• Existing relationships with major CTV platforms, publishers, DSPs, SSPs, OEMs, or streaming companies.
