Position Overview-

• Senior AI Systems & Agents Engineer (Production-Focused) joining an elite, high-ownership engineering group tasked with taking advanced AI concepts from Proof-of-Concept (PoC) directly into production.
• Shifting away from pure theoretical research to focus heavily on AI System Engineering, building complex, multi-layered infrastructures that automate and optimize complex scientific and biological workflows.
• Architectural ownership over next-generation Agentic AI systems, designing and deploying sophisticated Multi-Agent frameworks, custom LLM orchestrations, and hyper-scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Establishing rigorous AI evaluation protocols, benchmarking metrics, and optimization frameworks to balance latency, cost, and accuracy across enterprise-grade LLM operations.
• Core Stack & Methodologies- Agentic AI, LLMs, Multi-Agent Orchestration, RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic API, LLM Evaluation, Benchmarking, Python, Production AI, and Computational Biology Frameworks.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience in backend software engineering or AI production systems engineering – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying autonomous AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems, or complex LLM orchestration pipelines – Mandatory
• Expert-level programming proficiency in Python within production environments – Mandatory
• Prior experience working with high-throughput scientific workflows, complex data structures, or distributed systems – Significant Advantage
• High-ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end (E2E) technical products from prototype to live production scales – Mandatory
