DevOps Engineer

The company maintains its primary engineering and R&D hub in the Tel Aviv District (exceptionally accessible via the train network), supporting a collaborative workspace with a flexible hybrid model featuring two days of remote work per week (following an initial onboarding period).

Position Overview-

• Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Specialist joining an organic, high-caliber team of 8 engineers reporting directly to the Director of DevOps.
• Taking direct ownership of a highly stable, hyper-scale production environment with a core operational split of 70% Observability & Cloud Operations and 30% Core DevOps Engineering.
• Designing, scaling, and maintaining robust telemetry, logging, monitoring, and alerting pipelines across highly distributed, low-latency microservices architectures.
• Architecting cloud infrastructure enhancements, troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks, and building advanced automated scripts to optimize performance across cloud clusters.
• Core Stack & Tooling- Datadog, Grafana, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Python, and Bash.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as an SRE or DevOps Engineer within production environments – Mandatory
• Deep, practical technical command of Linux operating system internals and shell scripting (Bash/Python) – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade cloud engineering experience utilizing AWS – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience orchestrating and troubleshooting containerized workloads utilizing Docker and Kubernetes – Mandatory
• Proven background architecting large-scale observability and monitoring ecosystems (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK) – Significant Advantage
