Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support to end users in a Windows enterprise environment.
- Manage and maintain the end-user environment, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including endpoint management.
- Manage Endpoint Security solutions (ESET, SentinelOne, Netskope), email filtering (Forcepoint), and BigFix.
- Support IGEL workstations, Linux environments, and Nutanix virtualization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, set up workstations for new employees, and work closely with the Information Security team.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional projects, document processes, and write technical procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Support within an organization of hundreds of users - Required.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID - Required.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments - Required.
- Experience with Endpoint Management and Endpoint Security solutions - Required.
- Familiarity with BigFix, IGEL/Linux, and virtualization environments - Required.
- High level of technical English - Required.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting - Significant Advantage.
- Experience supporting Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad) - Significant Advantage.
- Experience with telephony systems - Significant Advantage.
- Knowledge of networking and communications - Significant Advantage.
- Experience working in a financial environment or trading floor - Significant Advantage.

Sunday–Thursday: 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00 , One Friday every other week.
