Here’s what this role is really about: you'll own the channels that feed our pipeline — conferences, SDR, and partners — you’ll be the driving force behind their growth and success. As our Product Marketing Manager, you won't just support the funnel — you'll own it. You'll be directly responsible for driving pipeline through our three core lead-generating channels: conferences & events, SDR outreach, and channel partners (resellers, MSPs, and distributors). This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role with real ownership and real impact on revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, use cases, and audience segments that fuel demand.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences and events, from booth strategy to post-event nurture campaigns.
- Work hand-in-hand with the SDR team to continuously sharpen outbound messaging based on response rates and pipeline data.
- Develop co-marketing programs and enablement materials for resellers, MSPs, and distributors.
- Build partner-facing assets — pitch decks, solution briefs, co-branded collateral — that help partners sell IO River effectively.
- Maintain and evolve IO River's core messaging playbook, ensuring consistency across all channel touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and leadership to align messaging with real buyer pain points and ICP insights.
Requirements
- 1+ years of marketing experience in a B2B tech company — mandatory.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, not just producing content.
- Hands-on experience working with or enabling SDR / sales teams.
- Strong ability to craft messaging that connects product value to business outcomes.
- Startup mentality — comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Excellent English — written and verbal.
- Background in Edge, CDN, Cloud, or infrastructure — a significant advantage.

- A true "Pusher" who drives projects to the finish line with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on, Startup Mentality: Not afraid to “get your hands dirty”; you execute daily tasks yourself while maintaining a high-level strategic view.
- Organized and Tidy: Possesses strong project management skills to ensure all initiatives are structured and handled with precision.
- Independent Content Driver: Ability to own content projects from initial concept to final publication
- Data-Driven: Every effort is backed by numbers (SoV, brand mentions) to measure and prove progress.
