Quality Assurance Manager (Security Operations)

We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (Security Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and professional Quality Assurance Manager with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct quality audits and operational assessments at client sites

✔ Mentor, train, and support site and unit managers

✔ Develop, update, and implement operational procedures and SOPs

✔ Lead investigations, lessons learned processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

✔ Work closely with clients and present performance metrics (KPIs)

Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in management, supervision, or quality assurance within security operations

🔹 Proven experience in training and leading managers or teams

🔹 Strong advantage for experience in high-tech environments, sensitive facilities, or data centers

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

🔹 Valid driver’s license required
