Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Analytical Chemist with expertise in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), including UV and ELSD detection, to join our laboratory in Ra’anana. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with HPLC-UV, with experience in HPLC-ELSD considered an advantage. Knowledge or practical experience in analytical method development and validation is preferred. The role includes performing analytical testing, supporting method development activities, analyzing drug-release samples, troubleshooting chromatographic methods and instrumentation, and preparing analytical reports and technical summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine drug concentrations in samples collected during drug-release experiments using HPLC-UV and/or HPLC-ELSD.
• Operate and maintain HPLC systems to ensure reliable analytical performance.
• Support analytical method development and validation activities in accordance with ICH guidelines.
• Prepare analytical reports and technical summaries.
• Document results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, chromatographic methods, and analytical issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience with HPLC-UV in an analytical laboratory.
• Experience with HPLC-ELSD is considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of chromatography principles and basic analytical method development.
• Familiarity with analytical method validation procedures.
• Experience in technical documentation, such as analytical reports and laboratory summaries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
