Position Overview

• Software Engineering Team Lead taking direct personnel and professional responsibility over an organic, hybrid team of 4–7 skilled engineers.
• Maintaining a high-impact split of 30%–40% Hands-On technical execution alongside strategic people leadership, reporting directly to the R&D Group Manager.
• Spearheading the architecture and delivery of highly scalable, low-latency microservices using a cutting-edge technological stack.
• Driving DevOps and cloud engineering excellence, overseeing containerized pipelines, high-throughput data processing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) environments.
• Partnering closely with Core Security, Architecture, and Product management teams to ensure flawless, end-to-end (E2E) delivery of enterprise-grade security features.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in direct people management / team leadership within a software engineering group – Mandatory
• 6+ years of professional software development experience heavily focused on robust backend environments utilizing languages like Go, Python, Node.js, Java, Scala, or Kotlin – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade experience building and architecting highly scalable systems over major Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Mandatory
• Solid technical proficiency implementing containerized microservices using Docker or related orchestration engines – Mandatory
• Hands-on familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems (React, TypeScript) or container orchestration (Kubernetes) – Significant Advantage
