Position Overview-

• Principal Software Architect & Founding Engineer (Node.js) serving as the supreme technical authority, shaping the entire architectural blueprint, technological vision, and engineering standards from the ground up.
• Maintaining a high-impact, Hands-On presence while designing and orchestrating complex, highly distributed backend systems completely in Node.js.
• Engineering mission-critical, low-latency, and event-driven architectures engineered to handle high-throughput financial telemetry and real-time AI inference pipelines.
• Driving cloud-native excellence across GCP and Kubernetes, while spearheading cross-functional initiatives across advanced security paradigms, extreme scalability, and enterprise compliance.
• Interfacing strategically with early design partners and Tier-1 enterprise clients to translate complex business demands into production-grade platform infrastructures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven professional software engineering experience focused heavily on backend or full-stack production ecosystems utilizing Node.js or Python – Mandatory
• Substantial architectural leadership experience operating as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineering Team Lead – Mandatory
• Elite pedigree within fast-paced, high-caliber tech startups or Tier-1 technology companies – Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade technical mastery of modern cloud ecosystems (GCP or AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience designing distributed, Event-Driven architectures, message brokers, and highly parallelized real-time processing systems – Mandatory
