System Administrator

Experienced System Administrator Wanted for a Public Organization

Join our central System team, responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of complex systems and applications within a broad technological environment. The role involves hands-on work with critical infrastructure, server management, deep-dive troubleshooting, and providing advanced technical solutions.

• Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience as a System Administrator in a large company – Mandatory.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications, including MCITP and Azure.
• Extensive experience in user support.
• Deep experience in Microsoft environments (all versions) and experience with various versions of Windows Servers. (Note: Fixed the typo "מיקרוסקופ" to Microsoft).
• Basic experience in infrastructure technologies and information systems.
• Experience in data center/server room operations and infrastructure.
• Ability and knowledge in handling ongoing network and communication issues.
• Management and familiarity with ADDS, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic practical knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell and Python.
• Knowledge of virtualization, specifically VMware – Mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of information security systems: FW, SIEM, NAC, XDR, Anti-Spam.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure and M365.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange On-Premises.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange 365, including Hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of backup technologies, specifically VEEAM.
• Willingness to work evenings and non-standard hours.
• Ability to work independently, high service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills, highly organized, and structured.
• Strong time and task management abilities.
• Proven basic knowledge of storage, compression, deduplication, and various RAID configurations (including IBM, Dell, etc.).
