WIDER is a 25-employee, seed-funded startup revolutionizing how marketing teams create campaigns. It analyzes ad performance, competition and market trends, and instantly creates polished, on-brand ads by turning data into automated creative choices.

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, independent finance professional to own WIDER's financial operations end-to-end. You'll work directly with the COO to co-own the financial model, and make sure leadership has the data it needs to make smart decisions — all while keeping the books clean and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A

• Financial Model: Co-own and maintain the company's budget model — expenses, revenue, forecasts, burn, and runway.
• Cross-Departmental Data: Collect and analyze data from across the company (AI costs, support metrics, production effort) to build forecasts and set company-wide KPIs.
• Strategic Support: Provide the leadership team with financial analysis to support decision-making on hiring, spending, and growth targets.

Accounting & Compliance

• Payroll & Compensation: Manage salaries, pay slips, bank transfers, and employer cost tracking.
• Expense Management: Validate credit card expenses, track vendor payments, and manage subscriptions.
• Bookkeeping & Compliance: Handle bookkeeping, tax filings, and government reporting. Prepare and deliver all required materials to the external auditor for the annual audit.
• Investor Readiness: Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation so the company is always due diligence-ready for a future funding round or exit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a finance role covering both planning and day-to-day operations, ideally at a startup.
• Strong Excel skills — you can build and maintain a financial model, not just read one.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Hebrew & English fluency.
• Experience supporting a due diligence process (Series A, M&A, or similar) — strongly preferred.
• CPA or equivalent — strongly preferred.
