Laboratory Technician

Location: Yoqneam Illit

A leading medical device company is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a hands-on role involving advanced electronic systems, supporting R&D and transfer to production.

Responsibilities:

Assembly, integration, and calibration of electronic systems and boards

Debugging and troubleshooting electronic boards and systems

Performing functional testing using lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, waveform generators, etc.)

Reading and analyzing electrical schematics (OrCAD, PCB Viewer, PSpice)

Working with schematics and understanding PCB development and manufacturing processes

Supporting bring-up and system integration activities

Writing and maintaining technical documentation: test procedures, change orders, and data documentation in information systems

Working closely with R&D and engineering teams during NPI (transfer to production) processes

Requirements:

Practical Engineer (Electronics) or relevant experience

Hands-on experience with electronic boards and debugging

Experience working with electronic test equipment

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Familiarity with PCB development and manufacturing processes

Experience in transfer from R&D to production – advantage

Familiarity with programming languages (C, VHDL, Assembly) and tools such as Quartus / Vivado –

advantage

Experience in writing technical documentation – advantage
