Software Engineer - Real-Time Systems

The Role

You'll work at the intersection of embedded software, real-time video processing, and high-speed communication protocols — contributing to systems that truly matter. If you love diving deep into low-level code, optimizing pipelines, and working with modern edge computing platforms like NVIDIA Jetson, this is the role for you. The job is based in Modiin - No Hybrid.

•      Develop and maintain real-time embedded software for high-performance applications

•      Integrate and optimize NVIDIA Jetson platforms and carrier boards

•      Build and optimize video streaming pipelines using GStreamer or FFmpeg

•      Work with industry-standard protocols including PCIe, SDI, H.264/H.265, and TCP/IP

•      2–3+ years of hands-on experience interfacing peripherals (UART, USB, PCIe, etc.)

•      Strong proficiency in C/C++

•      Solid experience with Linux and Windows operating systems

•      Practical experience with GStreamer or FFmpeg

•      Knowledge of video standards and communication protocols: PCIe, SDI, H.264/H.265, TCP/IP

•      Hands-on experience with the NVIDIA Jetson family and carrier boards

•      Background in Defense-related systems

•      Experience in GUI development

•      Strong understanding of image processing principles and implementation
