A leading company in the urban renewal field, is looking for an experienced and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all financial activities of the company
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting processes
• Work closely with banks, investors, and financing institutions
• Oversee capital market and financial operations
• Manage the accounting department and financial controls
• Support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Proven financial management experience, preferably in real estate and/or urban renewal – MUST
• Experience working with banks and financial institutions
• Strong managerial and analytical capabilities
• Ability to lead complex financial processes in a dynamic environment
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and independent work skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
