We are looking for a highly operational and data-driven marketing leader to own the execution and integration of our global marketing engine. This role serves as the bridge between CRM, VIP, Sports/Trading, Casino/Product, Acquisition, and R&D, ensuring that all departments work in sync to maximize conversion, retention, and player lifetime value.
You will lead the strategic planning and execution of promotional initiatives, analyze player behavior to identify deposit triggers and churn points, and build retention mechanics that increase engagement and revenue. This role requires strong iGaming expertise, deep understanding of player lifecycle, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Cross-Functional Marketing Integration
Act as the central point connecting Sports/Trading, Casino/Product, CRM, Acquisition, and R&D teams.
Own and maintain the global promotional calendar, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
Ensure marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities are synchronized across departments and geographies.
Adapt campaigns and promotional calendars to local holidays, sporting events, and market-specific opportunities.
Retention & Lifecycle Strategy
Analyze player behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks and churn points.
Build and optimize first-to-second deposit (FTD to STD) journeys and reactivation flows.
Partner closely with the Head of CRM to define lifecycle strategies and promotional mechanics.
Design and lead engagement initiatives including tournaments, deposit races, leaderboard competitions, gamified rewards, bonuses, free bets, and free spins.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
Own the master promotional roadmap and ensure flawless campaign execution.
Coordinate campaign inputs across Trading, Casino, Creative, CRM, and Acquisition teams.
Define promotional mechanics while maintaining the right balance between growth and profitability.
Support major sporting events and seasonal campaigns with unified marketing strategies.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance and player behavior metrics.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
Present key learnings and recommendations to senior management.
Manage campaign budgets and marketing tools.
Work with CRM and engagement platforms such as Smartico or equivalent, and Email/SMS platforms such as Xtremepush or similar.
5+ years of iGaming marketing experience – casino and sportsbook experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, CRM and promotional mechanics.
Hands-on experience with Email and SMS campaigns at scale.
Deep understanding of deposit behavior, reactivation and player engagement strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience designing promotions, tournaments, leaderboard campaigns and gamification mechanics.
Experience with CRM platforms; Smartico knowledge is an advantage.
Experience with Email/SMS platforms; Xtremepush knowledge is an advantage.
Budget ownership experience.
Strong project execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to translate business and trading requirements into player-facing campaigns.
