The company is located in a premier tech hub in Central Israel (highly accessible via main transit networks) and operates on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Engineer joining an established, high-caliber engineering team to scale critical financial transaction services and core platform infrastructure.
• Designing, developing, and deploying robust, highly secure distributed systems capable of handling live transactional volume and real-time bank integrations.
• Collaborating with product and architecture teams to drive new platform capabilities as the company scales into new commercial verticals.
• Optimizing system performance, data persistence layers, and low-latency API architectures in an enterprise production environment.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of proven professional backend experience writing clean, production-grade code in Java or Kotlin – Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on production experience deploying and managing microservices over public Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) – Mandatory
• Strong practical familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration utilizing Kubernetes and Docker – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of relational databases, distributed systems architecture, and transactional security (e.g., PostgreSQL) – Mandatory
• Prior domain experience within FinTech, high-frequency trading, or heavy B2B SaaS platforms – Significant Advantage
