Located in a premier tech district in the Ramat Gan (exceptionally accessible, situated immediately adjacent to the main train line) and operating on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Backend R&D Team Lead heading an organic squad of 3–5 Full-Stack and Backend Engineers (focused on Go and React/TypeScript), reporting directly to the R&D Group Manager.
• Operating in a high-impact 30%–40% Hands-On capacity, balancing elite architecture and direct code contribution with personnel mentorship and agile execution.
• Directing the design and continuous deployment of complex, highly secure SaaS architectures operating at global scale across a sophisticated multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
• Spearheading the creation of resilient CI/CD delivery pipelines, microservices architectures, and robust containerized infrastructure over Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as an R&D Team Lead within structured engineering organizations - Strictly Mandatory
• 6 years of deep, professional software development experience focusing heavily on complex backend/server-side layers, with mastery in C# - Strictly Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on production experience designing, deploying, and scaling systems over public Cloud infrastructure - Strictly Mandatory
• Solid architectural understanding of distributed systems, Microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows - Mandatory
• Prior experience working within product companies specializing in Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or heavy B2B SaaS environments - Significant Advantage
