Position Overview

• Data Science Team Lead / Senior Professional taking strategic, functional responsibility over an organic squad focused on delivering sophisticated analytical insights and production-grade algorithms.
• Leading the end-to-end (E2E) research, design, and deployment of advanced mathematical and statistical models, translating raw behavioral metrics into live actionable telemetry.
• Architecting complex predictive frameworks with a heavy emphasis on large-scale Time Series analysis, forecasting, and data transformations using both classic and cutting-edge statistical methodologies.
• Engineering and scaling low-latency algorithms across massive Big Data clusters, implementing production pipelines utilizing Python and distributed computing architectures.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a highly quantitative or technological discipline – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience operating as a Data Scientist within structured, production-heavy R&D environments – Mandatory
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or professional mentor) – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on expertise specializing in Time Series forecasting and analysis – Mandatory
• Mastery of complex statistical principles, including Causal Inference, Bayesian Methods, or optimization models – Mandatory
• Advanced programming fluency in Python alongside robust experience within Big Data and Spark environments – Mandatory
• Prior background in high-scale domains dealing with real-time user behavior, such as AdTech, FinTech, or E-commerce – Significant Advantage
