Role Description:

The Medical Doctor will provide on-site clinical care in the Giv'atayim, Israel, focusing on advanced aesthetic treatments in a partial-time capacity. The role involves performing aesthetic procedures and overseeing treatment protocols aligned with the company’s evidence-based standards. The Medical Doctor will monitor patient progress, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines. The position also includes collaborating with the clinical and other teams to provide feedback on treatment outcomes, support continuous improvement of protocols, and participate in professional training and patient education activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid medical license to practice in Israel. Board certification in Dermatology is an advantage.
• Advantage if clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures, with strong patient assessment and procedural skills.
• High level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality standards in all procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with a strong focus on empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and support continuous process improvement.
• Fluency in Hebrew required.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, including the ability to interpret clinical data, follow protocols, and integrate new knowledge into care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training on new technologies and protocols, and occasional company events or educational initiatives.
