Electrical Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems and components for company products and projects, including power distribution and power systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing electrical schematics, performing calculations and simulations, selecting appropriate materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in design reviews, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting testing, validation, and commissioning activities. The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, contribute to process improvements, and provide input on project planning and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical knowledge of Electricity and core engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience in Electrical Design, including creating schematics, layouts, and detailed documentation.
• Competence in Power Distribution systems, including load analysis, protection coordination, and equipment selection.
• Experience working with Power Systems, such as grid-connected systems, power quality analysis, and system reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC or equivalent regional standards).
• Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD, SPICE, or similar software).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly in English.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or product development environments is an advantage.
