As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to understand how their business operates and transform that knowledge into production-ready AI agents.

You'll lead technical discovery, challenge assumptions, identify edge cases, design workflows, build Proofs of Concept, and work closely with engineering until every solution is production-ready.

This role goes far beyond prompt engineering.

You'll combine systems thinking, software engineering, AI, product intuition, and customer communication to build AI agents that solve real operational problems.

You'll also play an important role in shaping the evolution of our platform by identifying recurring customer needs and helping turn them into scalable product capabilities.

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI automation.
• Design AI workflows, business logic, decision trees, and execution flows.
• Build production-ready AI agents and customer Proofs of Concept.
• Configure integrations with customer systems and third-party services.
• Validate real-world scenarios, edge cases, and operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation challenges across AI behavior, business logic, and integrations.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
• Own customer implementations from discovery through production.

• 2-3+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, AI engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Experience building production-grade software.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred), Node.js, or Python.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and third-party services.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• High ownership, excellent execution, and a startup mindset.
• Passion for AI and building products that solve real-world problems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience building AI applications, AI agents, or LLM-powered products.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar foundation models.
• Experience with tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, monitoring, and production deployments.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and event-driven systems.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice technologies, or workflow automation.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
