We are looking for a talented CRM Project Manager / Squad Lead to join our CRM team and take a key role in leading strategic, end-to-end CRM initiatives. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects, manage delivery across business and technology teams, and play a central part in shaping and implementing customer-centric solutions.

What you’ll do?

• Lead a strategic CRM project from initiation through go-live and organizational rollout
• Building a comprehensive project plan, including customer needs analysis, goals, business objectives, and a delivery roadmap
• Managing project timelines – defining milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
• Overseeing project budget – planning, monitoring, identifying gaps, and providing solutions
• Managing cross-functional project teams – leading development, QA, and business stakeholders while coordinating across multiple units
• Bridging business and technology – translating business requirements into technical specifications and driving development processes

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
• Experience managing development teams and working with technical stakeholders
• Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments, including sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, tracking, and progress monitoring
• Previous experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer – a significant advantage
