We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Tel Aviv and help deliver an outstanding customer experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across multiple customer care channels.
• Provide timely, professional, and thoughtful support to customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
