Product Manager & Systems Analyst – Digital Health Products

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager & Systems Analyst to join our Digital Health Products Department and lead innovative digital healthcare solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilitie

• sOwn and manage digital health products and services end-to-end, from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement
• .Lead product lifecycle activities including business analysis, requirements gathering, functional specifications, deployment, adoption, measurement, and optimization
• .Define business models, product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics
• .Translate business and clinical needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• .Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content teams, analysts, developers, architects, QA teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information security stakeholders
• .Initiate and develop innovative digital healthcare products that address business and clinical needs
• .Manage complex digital projects while maintaining a holistic view of patient care journeys across hospitals and community healthcare services
• .Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and generate insights to support product strategy and decision-making
• .Manage external vendors, contracts, procurement processes, and legal stakeholders
• .Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Mandatory Requiremen

• tsMinimum 4 years of experience in Digital Product Management and Systems Analysis - Mu
• stProven experience writing business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications - Mu
• stProven experience leading end-to-end digital projects, from initiation through deployment and adoption - Mu
• stExperience working closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, Information Security, and other technology teams - Mu
• stStrong experience collaborating with business stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiative
