Technology Architect | Jerusalem | Large Government Office

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Technology Architect for a large government office in Jerusalem.

A strategic technology role focused on leading technical solutions, shaping system architecture, and supporting the modernization of existing systems toward advanced cloud-ready technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solutions and define architecture for systems based on Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Angular, and Node.js

Work with SQL Server and MongoDB databases

Support the creation of a technology roadmap for upgrading existing systems to modern cloud-oriented technologies

Work closely with application teams, cloud infrastructure teams, and vendors

Support system migration processes and build a long-term technology roadmap for the organization

Requirements

At least 6 years of proven experience managing technology teams

6+ years of experience managing or leading development teams

Experience within the last 6 years selecting technology tools, including alternative comparison, vendor negotiations, and procurement processes

Experience developing and working with at least some of the following technologies: Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Angular, Node.js

Experience working with MongoDB and/or SQL Server databases

Experience directly managing at least 5 employees simultaneously

Experience working with senior management
