Mertens Malam Team is hiring a System Team Lead for a leading organization in Jerusalem.

A senior infrastructure leadership role managing a System team in a large-scale enterprise environment, ensuring availability, stability, and delivery of advanced technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the System team in a large organization

Ensure availability and proper operation of computing infrastructure

Plan and implement advanced infrastructure solutions

Lead cross-organizational technology projects

Work with Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Enterprise storage and backup systems, and Cloud environments

Collaborate with Development, Information Security, Communication, and business units

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience as a System Engineer in a large organization

Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects

Deep experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange

Strong expertise in VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments

Experience with storage, backup systems, and public or hybrid Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure – Significant Advantage
