Comblack is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead!

This is an opportunity to join a strategic role that combines organizational transformation, performance improvement, and delivery process optimization within an advanced technological environment based on Agile, DevOps, and AI.

The role includes:

• Leading cross-organizational transformation and improvement initiatives

• Optimizing Delivery processes in a complex technology environment

• Working closely with senior managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams

• Driving performance improvement, operational excellence, and process standardization

• Supporting Agile-based work processes across multiple teams and interfaces

• Promoting DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and advanced delivery methodologies

• Identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and creating measurable impact

• Supporting technology transformation initiatives, including AI-driven processes

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience leading improvement processes, organizational transformation, or operational excellence in a technology environment

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Experience leading multiple teams and interfaces in a large organization

• Proven experience driving cross-organizational processes with senior managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams

• Deep familiarity with software development, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and technological transformation

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field — significant advantage
