Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced BI System Analyst for a leading medical organization in Central Israel.

Responsibilities

Manage and analyze business requirements in the Data & Analytics domain

Define and oversee the collection of operational data across the organization

Design and support ongoing BI and DWH information solutions

Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle

Write functional and technical specification documents

Support the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions aligned with organizational needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized institution

Relevant education or professional training in BI, with a strong focus on DWH

At least 3 years of experience in BI or DWH systems analysis, including writing functional and technical specifications

Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and working with SQL Server

At least 3 years of experience working in Data Warehouse (DWH) environments

Experience defining and designing dashboards using Power BI or Qlik Sense
