Ready to lead one of Israel’s most significant SAP HR transformation projects?

We are looking for a Senior SAP HR Project Manager & Solution Lead to join a large-scale ERP S/4HANA program and drive the implementation of a comprehensive HR solution within a complex enterprise environment.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, architecture, implementation, and organizational change while working on a multi-year digital transformation initiative.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and assess existing HR processes, systems, and organizational workflows

• Define project scope, implementation phases, and solution architecture

• Lead the design and implementation strategy for SAP HR solutions

• Identify business and technical challenges and recommend optimal solutions

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment and ongoing support

• Lead cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external consultants

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables

• Prepare technical specifications and procurement documentation for systems and services

• Monitor project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets

• Present project status and recommendations to steering committees and senior management

• Represent the organization in cross-functional and strategic forums

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field

• ERP training totaling at least 300 hours

• 10+ years of proven experience leading ERP HR implementation projects

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects

• Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tools

• Proven experience leading SAP HCM implementations in at least three large Israeli organizations, from requirements definition through go-live

• Proven experience leading SuccessFactors implementation in at least one organization

• Experience designing and leading new HR processes and transformations

• Experience working within at least one public sector organization

• Native-level Hebrew and strong English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing complex HR ecosystems with multiple integrations and interfaces

• Experience in large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs

• Background in highly regulated or public-sector environments
