The role

As our analyst, you'll be embedded in the full life of the fund, working directly with all members of the team including the Partners across every dimension of what we do. We believe venture is best learned by doing. From deal flow to portfolio management, LP relations to industry thought leadership, you'll learn the craft of early-stage investing from the inside out.

This role is based in Israel with regular travel. Our portfolio and LP base are global, and so is the work.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-of-funnel deal flow: screening, logging, and maintaining the firm's pipeline database
• Join founder calls to assist with deal flow screening
• Conduct competitive, financial, technological, HR, and market analysis under partner guidance
• Draft investment committee materials including investment memos
• Produce quarterly reports on portfolio company health and draft LP updates
• Draft fair value schedules and fund performance metrics
• Prepare presentations for LP and strategic partner workshops
• Research and draft industry thought pieces and content marketing material
• Assist with planning and organizing fund events
• Represent ADvantage at industry events and conferences
• Support various other deal flow and investor relations tasks

• A degree or work experience in a related field such as VC, PE, Finance, Economics, or Sports is a plus but not required
