About the Role

While you will be an integral part of our development team working within a structured hierarchy, we expect you to operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will have the technical backing of modern AI workflows to fast-track pure coding, allowing you to focus heavily on product understanding, architecture, and end-to-end delivery. You will own features from inception all the way to the clients, communicating directly with stakeholders and ensuring top-tier execution.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for features and products, from understanding the product requirements to full deployment and monitoring.
• Full-Stack Development: Build scalable, robust backend services using Node.js and clean, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Teamwork & Direct Delivery: Collaborate effectively within the team hierarchy and with peers, while maintaining the ability to deliver solutions directly to clients and internal stakeholders without bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Tech Stack: Strong, hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular (Must).
• The AI Era Mindset: A strong focus on delivery speed and product understanding rather than just deep, isolated technical problem-solving. Ability to leverage AI tools to act as a highly efficient, independent developer.
• Self-Sufficient Deployment: Practical experience operating Cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines independently (Must).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to bridge the gap between product requirements and technical execution.
