Business Analyst

Comblack is hiring a Business Analyst in an SAP environment!

The role includes:

• Analyzing business and process-related customer needs

• Writing requirement definition documents and high-level specifications

• Leading system customization processes

• Working closely with development teams and programmers

• Writing testing and data migration documents

• Supporting focus groups with business users

• Providing support for complex issues at Tier 2/3 level

• Leading implementation and training processes across the organization

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Requirements Analyst or Systems Analyst in large organizations

• Proven hands-on experience working in an SAP environment, including relevant SAP training

• Proven experience working directly with customers to define requirements

• Ongoing experience working with development teams and programmers

• Experience working according to structured specification procedures and methodologies, such as MAFTEACH

• Experience as a business lead defining customer-side requirements

• Ability to support implementation and training processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Significant advantage:

• Familiarity with the defense export domain
