Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and support robust and scalable end-to-end BI solutions to improve business capabilities
• Own the data pipeline! Understand the data behavior including business knowledge, methodology, analysis and architecture
• Deeply understand data behavior from both business and technical perspectives, including methodologies, analysis and architecture
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D and Finance to support strategic growth initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and data quality improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI development, analytics engineering, or data engineering
• Strong SQL— complex joins, window functions, CTEs, incremental patterns, and performance-aware querying on large datasets
• Proven experience building and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines in production
• Solid understanding of layered data architecture (Hands-on experience with DBT - an advantage)
• Backend-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Marketing & Growth data - a big plus
• Cloud data warehouse experience (BigQuery or equivalent)
• Reliable team player - owns deliverables, communicates blockers early, and collaborates with analysts and stakeholders
• Experience in working with visualization tools (Looker – advantage)
