We are hiring an Operations Project Manager for a defense organization located in the central region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through implementation and execution
- Work with advanced manufacturing processes in a complex production environment
- Lead and implement LEAN, Agile, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
- Develop and implement information systems, reports, and dashboards for project and production floor management
- Manage budgets and performance control, monitor goals and work plans, and promote engineering solutions to improve quality and manufacturing capabilities
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience managing knowledge-intensive manufacturing projects with significant financial scope
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Full proficiency in Office, Excel, and MS Project
- Experience leading and implementing LEAN, Agile, Kaizen, and 5S processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
