Project Manager | Advanced Technology Systems | Jerusalem

A leading technology company specializing in advanced systems is looking for a Project Manager to join a key role within an engineering and manufacturing environment.

This is a central position involving end-to-end management of complex projects — from planning and building detailed work plans, through managing schedules, budgets and resources, to hands-on execution tracking on the production floor.

The role includes extensive cross-functional work with R&D, engineering, production, procurement, suppliers and senior professional stakeholders, as well as ongoing reporting to management and active risk management.

The Project Manager will have a strong on-site presence, including regular visits to production and development lines, identifying bottlenecks, driving real-time solutions and supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects.

The position reports directly to the VP Engineering, offering high visibility and the opportunity to influence organizational processes.

This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem, with one work-from-home day per week.

The role is initially offered as a maternity leave replacement, with a real opportunity to continue into a permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

Managing complex projects from initiation to completion

Building and maintaining project plans, schedules and milestones

Monitoring budgets, resources and execution progress

Working closely with R&D, production, procurement and suppliers

Identifying risks, bottlenecks and operational challenges

Leading problem-solving processes in real time

Preparing reports and updates for senior management

Supporting the operational execution of engineering and production projects

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Electronics Engineering

3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-oriented industry

Experience managing projects in an engineering environment involving both development and manufacturing

Hands-on experience with MS Project for schedule management

Experience working with ERP systems for project tracking and control

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Fluent Hebrew and English
