In-Field Medical Advisor – Immunology

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join an innovative and growing pharmaceutical company and play a key role in developing and leading its medical activities within the Immunology field.

This unique position combines extensive field-based responsibilities (approximately 80% of the role) with active involvement in the company's medical and strategic initiatives. The role includes building collaborations with leading experts, driving medical projects, supporting indication expansion and reimbursement processes, and contributing to the development of the company's medical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive field-based engagement with leading Immunology specialists.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify unmet medical needs and lead initiatives and projects that create value for the medical community.
• Lead Advisory Boards, scientific meetings, and professional collaborations.
• Gather field insights and translate them into strategic medical recommendations.
• Manage and lead medical projects from planning through implementation.
• Support indication expansion activities, reimbursement submissions, and broader Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Review and approve scientific and promotional materials in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with medical, regulatory, and global cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline – required.
• PharmD, PhD, DMD, or DVM degree – an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Advisor or Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within the pharmaceutical industry – required.
• Proven experience working with medical experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) – required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking and the ability to lead medical initiatives and projects.
• Ability to work independently, drive processes, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to make an impact while contributing to the growth of a developing medical organization.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively and perform significant field-based work.
