We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our growing R&D team and lead the development of high-scale, data-intensive systems that power our platform.

About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and technical direction of our core platform. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver impactful solutions while mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of core platform components
• Drive technical decisions and own the technical roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices
• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve platform capabilities
• Contribute hands-on to development in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience working in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Publisher Monetization environments
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies
• Deep understanding of system architecture, software design patterns, and scalable distributed systems
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Experience building APIs and large-scale web platforms
• Strong knowledge of data-intensive and high-performance systems
• Passion for clean code, scalability, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Background in analytics, advertising technology, or monetization platforms
