We're looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our team in a dynamic and innovative high-tech environment.
📍 Location: Petah Tikva, Israel
🕒 Full-time | On-Site (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end technology recruitment processes
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
• Source top talent through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Drive creative sourcing and recruitment strategies
Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment
✔️ Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience
✔️ Experience working with multiple recruitment channels
✔️ High level of English
✔️ Experience with AI recruitment tools and Canva – an advantage
