Operations Manager

We’re hiring an Operations Manager @ ProfiSea!

At ProfiSea, we are a Premier AWS Partner and a leading DevOps & Cloud company, helping startups and technology companies scale smarter in the cloud.

Alongside our professional services, we've built innovative proprietary products, including Uniskai, our AI-powered FinOps platform for cloud cost optimization, and Kuberly, our platform engineering solution designed to simplify Kubernetes operations and developer workflows.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the organization, support our commercial activities and strategic partnerships, and build the systems, processes, and KPIs that enable scalable growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and improve operational processes across the company
• Define, implement, and track operational KPIs across departments
• Configure and optimize company systems to ensure management dashboards and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers, vendors, and strategic partners, ensuring favorable business outcomes
• Manage commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, procurement agreements, renewals, and compliance processes
• Work closely with internal and external legal counsels and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
• Support and manage operational activities with strategic partners including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Delivery teams
• Drive strategic projects in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Operations Management, or a similar role
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and partners
• Experience working with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, procurement agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Experience implementing processes, KPIs, and operational reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership mentality and hands-on approach
• Experience in a startup or technology company - an Advantage
• Experience with CRM, ERP, BI, and operational management systems - an Advantage
• Experience working with legal teams, procurement processes, or compliance requirements - an Advantage
