What You'll Do

• Review and screen resumes, identifying both qualifications and potential gaps while recognizing talent beyond what appears on paper.
• Conduct phone interviews and ask thoughtful, targeted questions to evaluate candidates' experience, capabilities, motivations and fit.
• Prepare concise, high-quality candidate assessments that provide hiring managers with clear insights and support effective decision-making.
• Lead meetings with hiring managers to refine role requirements, align expectations, and build an effective recruitment strategy before launching searches.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience.
• Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience or experience as a Military Assessment Officer / Diagnostician – required.
• Experience conducting candidate assessments and interviews with a high level of depth and accuracy.
• Strong ability to identify work styles, thinking patterns, motivations, and overall suitability for a role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to focus on what truly drives hiring success.
