Financial Controller

Alongside our professional services, we've built innovative proprietary products, including Uniskai, our AI-powered FinOps platform for cloud cost optimization, and Kuberly, our platform engineering solution designed to simplify Kubernetes operations and developer workflows.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, influence business decisions, and help build scalable financial processes in a fast-growing technology company.

What You'll Do

• Own the company's financial operations, reporting, and controls
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Analyze company performance and provide actionable insights to management
• Track profitability across customers, projects, and business units
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
• Monitor revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Develop and improve financial processes, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and business modeling
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
  
  

• CPA certification (Israel) – required
• 3+ years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant, preferably in a technology company
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience working with ERP and financial systems (Priority ERP is an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with data and financial models
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
