Operational Analyst

abra is seeking for an Operational Analyst

This role requires Analyzing data from the worlds of logistics and production using ERP (SAP), MES, BI, EXCEL, and more.

Generating information and insights to improve and streamline processes in production and the worlds of logistics.

Support users with SAP problems and characterization of new developments

Management, control and implementation of operational indicators (KPI) routines and ensuring compliance with the organization's goals

Responsibility for the implementation, updating and control of operational procedures and work routines in warehouses

Identification of opportunities for improvement, efficiency and optimization of logistics and operational processes

Producing operational reports, building dashboards and analyzing data to produce operational insights

Collaboration with internal organizational interfaces, including warehouse managers, TAPI, information systems

Full-time position at the company's headquarters in Be'er Ya'akov, no hybrids

Requirements:

Mandatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Logistics Management / Information Systems

Full control of Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel at a very high level

Experience working with BI tools and producing reports

Ability to analyze data and produce operational insights

Experience working with the SAP system (3R / 4S) Emphasis on WM, MM, PP, SM modules
